Shipping and return information
When paying for goods received in cash on delivery with a postal money order (through the SPEEDY courier company), the customer must keep the receipt for the amount paid, which is considered a receipt!
Cash on delivery with postal money order is an alternative solution for remote payment. Releases the merchant from the obligation to issue a receipt for the sale. This is a legally recognized method of payment for distance sales, including in Ordinance 18 of the National Revenue Agency.

For first order:
To avoid unintentional errors when filling in data, we will contact you by phone to confirm your first order. For orders placed after 6:00 p.m., we will contact you the next day.
Confirmation is only required for the first order, each subsequent one will be fulfilled directly.
Order confirmation
Orders placed on pandeabeauty.com before 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the next day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, as well as during public holidays and weekends are processed on the next first business day.
Payment methods
Cash on delivery (cash) is the most used payment method. You pay the value of the order to the courier upon delivery;

Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos. Types of cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards
To an address convenient for you – the ordered product will be delivered to you with SPEEDY’s courier services;
On request at a courier’s office – The ordered product will be delivered to a SPEEDY office convenient for you;
Delivery time
The shipment will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery may be extended depending on shipping delays beyond our company’s control. In such cases, we undertake to notify the customer promptly.
Shipping fee
Delivery price for orders up to 1 kg – BGN 3.50.
For orders of goods weighing more than 1 kg – the delivery price is recalculated and is at the customer’s expense.
RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

Any exchange must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide all documents accompanying the purchase – goods receipt or invoice + receipt or note for the amount paid, provided by a courier. Goods without all purchase documents cannot be returned. Products being sent for exchange must be received in their original packaging and all accessories and parts contained in it intact. Products that have been used, have signs of use, damaged packaging, are not in their original condition or have missing parts, as well as products without all purchase documents provided, are not accepted for return or exchange. Shipping costs for product returns/exchanges without notice are fully borne by the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
Any return or exchange of a defective product must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide all documents accompanying the purchase – goods receipt or invoice + receipt or note for the amount paid, provided by a courier. Goods without all purchase documents cannot be returned or exchanged. The product can only be exchanged or returned if the packaging is available (so that the product can be returned to the supplier) and if the defect is due to a manufacturing error and is not the result of misuse or violation of the instructions for use. Shipping for returning or exchanging a defective product is free.
REFUND FOR RETURNED PRODUCT
In the event that you do not wish to replace the product you purchased with a new or different item, within 14 days you have the option to choose a refund of the amount paid upon receipt of the order, excluding the costs of delivery to and from our central warehouse . The product must be intact and unused in its original packaging. After receiving the product and confirming that it and its packaging are in excellent condition, a representative of our company will contact you to determine the method of refund.
The refund will be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. For payments made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, the refund of the purchase price is made by bank transfer.
In any of the listed cases of return, exchange or refund for products purchased from pandeabeauty, the request can be accepted if the customer contacts us on any of the telephone numbers indicated on our website within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
