How to buy?

1. Go to the menu on the right side of the website. There you will find the main product categories. Select the product you want to buy and click the "buy" button.

2.  Once you reach the "Shopping Cart" page, you can review the list of all the products you have selected, you can change the quantities ordered or cancel one or all of the selected products.

3. You can repeat this operation by adding all the products you want to the shopping cart.

4.  Once you have selected all the products you want to buy, click on the "order" button. Carefully fill in all the fields in the form to ensure the accuracy of the entered data. Check your order summary and click the "continue" button.

How can I pay?

Payment of the ordered goods can be made in the following ways:

1.Payment in cash on delivery (when delivered): payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the delivery with the ordered products.

How is the delivery done?

1. By express courier, the delivery takes place in a maximum of 2-5 working days from the confirmation of the order by phone.

2. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the order summary before you complete your order.

How can you return the ordered products?

Product returns will be approved if the products are in the same condition as received within 14 working days of receiving, without penalty and without giving any reason. Purchased products must be returned without  damaged labels, together with the issued invoice. In case the condition of the products is affected (except for the seal on the packaging), PANDEA BEAUTY reserves the right not to refund the cost of the returned product.
