Information about delivery and returns

When paying for received goods via cash on delivery with a postal money order (through the courier company SPEEDY), the customer must keep the receipt for the paid amount, which serves as the cash receipt

 

Cash on delivery with a postal money order is an alternative payment method for remote transactions. It frees the merchant from the obligation to issue a cash receipt for the sale. This is a legally recognized method of payment for distance sales, including .in the Regulation 18 of the National Revenue Agency (NRA).

To avoid unintentional mistakes when filling in your details, we will contact you by phone to confirm your first order. For orders made after  6:00 PM.,we will contact you the next day.
Confirmation is required only for the first order; all subsequent orders will be processed directly.


Order Confirmation

  • Orders made on the website pandeabeauty.com  before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day.
  • Orders made after  3:00 PM will be processed the next day.
  • Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, and during official holidays and non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery (in cash) is the most commonly used payment method. The cost of the order is paid to the courier upon delivery.;

Delivery Method

  • To an address convenient for you- The ordered product will be delivered via SPEEDY courier services.;
  • To a SPEEDY office -  The ordered product will be delivered to a convenient SPEEDY office.
  • To an automated parcel machine – Delivery to the machine costs 3.29 BGN.

 

Delivery Time

  • The package will be delivered  within 3 to 5  working days.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to transportation issues that cannot be controlled by our company. In such cases, we are committed to informing the customer promptly.

Delivery Costs

  • Delivery cost for orders up to 1 kg:  3.50 BGN.
  • For orders of goods weighing more than 1 kg– the delivery cost is recalculated and is the responsibility of the customer.


RETURN POLICY AND TERMS

Product Exchange 

Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product. The customer must provide all documents accompanying the purchase – the receipt or invoice + the cash receipt or the payment confirmation from the courier. Goods without all the necessary documents from the purchase cannot be returned. Products sent for exchange must be received in their original condition, with their original packaging, and with all accessories and parts included. Products that have been used, show signs of use, have damaged packaging, are not in their original condition, or have missing parts, as well as products without all the necessary purchase documents, will not be accepted for return or exchange. Shipping costs for returning/exchanging products without defects are entirely covered by the customer.

 

Return and Exchange of Defective Goods

Any return or exchange of a defective product must be made within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product. The customer must provide all documents accompanying the purchase – the receipt or invoice + the cash receipt or the payment confirmation from the courier. Goods without all the necessary documents from the purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. A product can only be exchanged or returned if the packaging is available (so the product can be returned to the supplier) and if the defect is due to a manufacturing error and not a result of misuse or violation of usage instructions. Delivery for the return or exchange of defective products is free of charge.

 

Refund for Returned Products

If you do not wish to exchange the purchased product for a new one or a different item, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order, excluding delivery costs to and from our central warehouse.The product must be intact and unused in its original packaging. After receiving the product and confirming that both the product and its packaging are in excellent condition, a representative from our company will contact you to determine the method of refund.

In each of the above cases of return, exchange, or refund for products purchased from pandeabeauty, the request may be accepted if the customer contacts us through one of the contact numbers listed on our website within 5 working days from the receipt of the order.
